Will OnCore USA employees receive benefits?
Since for the most part, individuals will work on short-term, time-bound projects, the OnCore USA retired expert is considered a part-time employee. Benefits are available only to full-time employees of OnCore USA.
OnCore USA is in business because of its employees—and, of course, its clients. But without you, we have no business. That's one of the reasons you're important to us. Childcare Reimbursement
If childcare costs are a significant concern for our employees, OnCore USA assists employees by providing reimbursement for up to $75 per month of childcare costs for eligible employees. Only one reimbursement per month for childcare is authorized under this program. Payments will be made monthly, the first or second week of the month for the prior months expenses. To qualify, employees must:
- Have worked for OnCore USA 450 hours in the past 90 days, and
- Have worked for OnCore USA 150 hours in the calendar month just completed, and
- Presently be on an assignment with OnCore USA.
Request forms for Child Care Reimbursement are due the 1st of each month and must be accompanied with paid child care invoices for that month with the total amount paid, the child/children's name(s), the name of the Child Day Care Facility, and the Child Day Care Facilities License Number.
Holiday Pay
You may be eligible for up to six paid holidays per year: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. To qualify for Holiday Pay, you must:
- Work at least 1200 hours for OnCore USA in the 12 months preceding the holiday, and
- Average 37.50 hours in the 13 weeks preceding the holiday, and
- Work your full scheduled shift both the day before and the day after the holiday, and
- Presently be on an assignment with OnCore USA.
Employee's who volunteer not to work their scheduled shift the day before or after the holiday forfeit their right to the OnCore USA Holiday Pay Benefit. Holiday pay requests must be mailed/dropped off to an OnCore USA office, or submitted to an OnCore USA representative only, no later than 2 weeks after the holiday.
Upon qualification, employees will receive a full days pay depending on their scheduled shift. OnCore USA Hourly Paid Benefits* will be credited to you at the time they are requested and/or paid out to your. (*Hourly Paid Benefits include OnCore USA Holiday Pay and OnCore USA Vacation Pay.)
Quarterly Attendance Bonus
PERFECT ATTENDANCE on the job is one of the most respected traits that an OnCore USA employee can bring to his or her work experience. When our employees are unfailingly reliable in their attendance, we recognize this dedication by awarding a $40.00 Quarterly Bonus for Perfect Attendance. If you work for OnCore USA during a full calendar quarter, achieving 40 hours each week of the quarter with no absences, you will earn $40. Employees must presently be on an assignment through OnCore USA.
Request forms are due the 1st of the month following the end of the quarter. The following examples will disqualify an employee from achieving OnCore USA's perfect attendance: Layoffs, Sick Days, Leave of Absence, Personal Time off, Tardiness.
Vacation Pay
You may be eligible for 1 week of vacation pay. To qualify for Vacation Pay, you must:
- Work 1500 hours for OnCore USA within a calendar year, and
- Presently be on an assignment with OnCore USA.
Upon qualification, employees will receive vacation pay based on the average number of hours the employee has worked over the 13 weeks prior to the date the vacation pay is paid out.
Note: To request Child Care Reimbursement, Holiday Pay, Perfect Attendance, or Vacation Pay, employees must complete an Employee Benefit Request Form available at all OnCore USA offices.
OnCore USA 401(k)
To qualify for the OnCore USA 401(k) program, you must have 1 year of service with OnCore USA, worked 1000 hours, and be at least 21 years of age.
Referral Bonus
If you know someone who is looking for employment, OnCore USA offers a Referral Bonus Benefit to you. Simply stop by your local OnCore USA and fill out a Referral Bonus Request Form. To receive your bonus, notify your placement coordinator of your referral before he/she applies for work. New applicant must not have applied to OnCore USA in the previous 90 days and must work at least 40 hours in the 90-day period following your referral.
Insurance Program
OnCore USA offers a Group Supplemental Life and Health Insurance program through Symetra life Insurance Company and their company's administrative office, Select Benefit Administrators of America (SBAA). If you would like more information about this Insurance Program, stop by your local OnCore USA office and pick up a brochure.
